3) Roles

  • Publishers add their sites and ad placements.
  • Advertisers create campaigns and submit ads for review.
  • Admins review approvals, manage settings, and monitor analytics.

4) Ad review and approvals

  • Some ads and sites require review before running.
  • We can approve, reject, or request changes.
  • We may remove ads/sites at any time for policy, legal, or safety reasons.

5) Prohibited content and behavior

  • No malware, scams, deceptive offers, or illegal content.
  • No harassment, hate, or harmful content.
  • No attempts to manipulate clicks/impressions (fraud).

6) Tracking and analytics (no cookies)

  • We track impressions and clicks to report ad performance.
  • We aim to do this without cookies and without building personal profiles.
  • We may use basic protections to detect fraud (like unusual traffic patterns).

7) Billing and payments

  • Advertisers may be billed by CPM or flat rate (depending on your plan).
  • Payments and invoices may be handled through a payment provider (like Stripe).
  • Publishers may be paid based on your agreement, performance, and eligibility.

8) Availability and changes

  • We work to keep the service running, but downtime can happen.
  • We may update features, policies, or pricing over time.
  • If we make important changes, we’ll try to give notice.

9) Liability (plain English)

  • Use the service at your own risk.
  • We’re not responsible for losses caused by third-party sites, networks, or user content.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, we limit our liability.
